On Thursday, our beloved TV VEEP Julia Louis-Dreyfus announced that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Her tweet read that she had become the one in eight American women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime.

Julia, you're in our thoughts and our hearts. Inspired but not surprised to see you using your platform for good in this difficult moment.

But former Vice President Joe Biden’s message to Julia Louis-Dreyfus was simple but probably meant the most.
We Veeps stick together. Jill and I, and all of the Bidens, are with you, Julia. pic.twitter.com/JP0c2wtrJ6

He shared a photo of him and Louis-Dreyfus walking down a hallway, from an episode of Veep, where he played a cameo. “We Veeps stick together. Jill and I, and all of the Bidens are with you, Julia,” he wrote.
Biden lost his son Beau to brain cancer in 2015 and since then he has been giving his time and support towards better cancer care and more cancer research, through his organization, the Biden Foundation.
We all are hoping that Louis-Dreyfus makes a full recovery.
